Hi, I had gotten a TWE this year. I have been considering re-applying to the USNA, I had my heart set on it for some time. I have also been accepted to the Citadel, unfortunately the GPA for most Knobs is around 2.7. Does the Naval Academy take that into consideration? Or do they just want to see good enough grades?
Second, I'm a tad stupid so bear with me, but when would I start this process - the second I attend college, the end of the first semester, or the beginning of sophomore year?
Third, a bit stupid, but is it wise to send in another application - now. For the following year, or would I have to wait until my sophomore year?
I have to declare my official decision by later today, if you had to recommend a school (should I want to reapply to the USNA, which I do) would you recommend a decent civilian college like Hofstra or The Citadel? Or should i just attend the Citadel?
Thanks.
