Currey, this is crazy!
How are you not bouncing off the walls?
So, I guess NML (No Man's Land) is some rare variant of NWL (National Wait List)?
Nothing to suggest except a G&T, hold the T.
Still hoping for you.
I would go with a margarita - you deserve it! Truly, I am appalled you have been waiting this long. All joking aside, I think it is disgusting. I feel so sorry for you, DS and DH. I would be hounding everyone and anyone that could get me an explanation as to why the 15th has come and gone with no answer. That has been their answer since the application process started - everyone will know by the 15th of April...... OK, back to joking -We called. Goes to voice mail, called MOC...looking into it, our BGO (who I might add is a wonderful guy and has been nothing but helpful) emailed off to see what is up....still nothing.
I do believe we have found another dimension previously never described in this process. Welcome my friends to no man's land.
So as the work day concludes on the east coast I will progress to pondering what cocktail I should have with dinner on the west coast.

I'm a tax paying citizen - I'll call and demand to know what my money is paying for because my friend Currey has not heard yet! Just who am I paying because they are not working hard enough!
Lol! Mom has been instructed to stand down, DS says he is not giving up the ship and the only date he cares about in the future are May 1st and July 1st. If they can hit those marks and he gets something positive out of it is good. Oh and he promised to buy me the wig or hat of my choosing cause he knows I will have no hair left by then
Currey,
I've been reading this thread for a while, but have yet to comment. However, I have a piece of info that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else, so here is my two cents...My DS has an LOA dated Feb 7 that was contingent upon a color blind medical waiver. We have been anxiously waiting for a decision. It is my understanding that the Superintendent makes the color blind medical waiver decisions. He can approve 2% or 24 of them for each class. Apparently, the Superintendent waits until all the candidates have been notified, then reviews all the color blind waiver files at one time to determine waiver granted or waiver denied. This afternoon, he apparently reviewed all or some of those files. Fortunately for my DS, late today his color blind waiver was granted. But...the Superintendent could have denied some of these candidates' waivers. It's possible he might have freed up some spots for those of you still waiting or some of the primary noms that generally have had spots in the past. Good luck to you and anyone else still waiting.
Is the 2% approval for all medical waivers within the class? Just curious.
Well, I guess it is more like a night cap as it is 10:36 EST.
Just back from choir practice and the grocery store, and like others, settled down to peek at the Forum just sure there would have been news received.
Continuing our music theme, there is a country(ish) song that says "Every storm runs, runs out of rain; just like every dark night turns into day".
Lifting my glass in a toast and wishing sunny skies for you and your DS tomorrow.
