Normally, if you're boarded, your packet's been reviewed and placed on a OML... where you'll be given an offer

B/UC means you're not going to get an offer/they haven't gotten to your packet yet

I was boarded during the first board and did not receive an offer and now it says I’m boarded/under consideration but at some point it said I was boarded during the first board. I believe I am still on the OML?

I do not believe this is what it means. Once your application is reviewed by the board you are listed as Boarded U/C. Not really sure what it means when it changes to simply Boarded but once you have been through the board you are placed on the OML for consideration. There were some that had their status change to Boarded last board that did not receive an offer. I wouldn't read too much into any status change as an indicator on whether you'll receive an offer.

One thing to consider as well is that there were many that had their packets in for the first board that are still seeing a status of Boarded U/C. It has been a few months since the first board and those applicants have definitely had their packets looked at and placed on the OML.

Maybe... maybe not. No one knows for sure. But I will tell you that my portal did the same thing before the last board and I received an offer. Good luck.
 
How long does it normally take for the status to change to Winner once it has turned to Boarded? (If you’re going to get an offer)

Boarded in the 16th, changed to winner on the 19th (of December).
I only noticed because I checked my portal, although I also received a BFE in the mail about a week after. A “winner” letter is also posted to the “upload docs” tab.

DS's status changed to boarded. Interesting in that the online comment says you can only be boarded once? Also a reference to OML and that winners to be determined numerically so hopefully that will come out soon...

I would contact the person who told you that you were going to make this board and ask what happened. It sounds like the PMS' late submission of your interview turned out to to be too late. As far as I have seen here, everyone who was expecting to be reviewed got updated to Boarded/Under Consideration last week.

I've applied for the honors programs at all schools, and the Trent Lott Leadership institute at Ole Miss (it's some cool stuff.)

USMA is my first choice but Ole Miss is a very close second. My older sister went there.

Your school Choices are about the same as my DS. No UT Chatt but U of Arkansas instead. He is also nominated to USMA. He is strongly considering OLE MIss and UT Knox. Also accepted to VMI and Citadel .

Funny thing is I've tried to contact them, but I don't get responses very quickly. I have yet to hear the reasoning if I were not put into this second round, as I was told I was set to hear something from the second board. My acceptance to a school of mine may want to know if I got the scholarship on file during the admissions process, so it'll be super disappointing if I were not even considered this board.
