NROTC First Board Results

There isn't a specific netfocus update to say your record was boarded. As a general rule, meaning there is no guarantee, if everything was submitted and there were no major administrative issues, then your record typically goes into the next month for the selection boards. With that being said, for whatever reason, there seems to be an explosion of applications close to the deadline, and that is causing the boards to work a bit of overtime. What that really means is the netfocus site tends to lag what is happening in real time.
 
Good Evening All, Just found this great forum. My son is still waiting on a Navy Nurse Option decision.
Was "Board Ready" for Jan 10th-14th Board, but are Nurse Option's looked at every board.
He was already accepted to Penn State (Direct Admit Nursing - Out of State)
Any assistance would be great.

There were two boards held in January and there were nurse options listed in them. The results are pending review by NSTC and then should be out by next week. It could be sooner but weather and Admiral's travel schedule slowed things just a bit. So, we're all staring into the oven door waiting for the bread to rise 😎
 
Any chance of hearing from these two rounds before the weekend or is next week most likely? More snow - blizzards have not been helping lol
 
Per the CAPT, after the ADM blesses everything, the incredibly busy Petty Officers have to push out all of the paperwork and notifications. I can't imagine that will be a quick process, so I'd bet things won't be out until next week, myself.
 
The last time I asked people were giving me the squinty eyed stare. It's just a mountain of paperwork to get through but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I even told them IronmanDaremo's son was turning 19 but they're a tough crowd. I think next week is more likely. I just know if I ask one more time they will block my number. I have 10 Mids looking for whether or not they will get their 4 year and they keep circling around the office.
