I’ve already enrolled in a separate school. They said you can call and cancel anytime. It’s hard, but you need to have everything in order for plan B while still waiting for plan A.

I submitted my application and I was the opposite (High SAT/ low ACT). It is my understanding that they look at the highest test score.

In my opinion, I suggest giving as much information as you can. The more they know about you the better. Considering how competitive getting a nomination can be, the more good info you can give the better. Just my thoughts

Are they doing states in waves too? I haven't see any from Colorado either, which seems weird considering the huge wave the other day.

At the end of the day you have to do what you think is best for your life - it's your choice and no one else's. It seems to me that you have already answered your own question. Trust your gut.

'Taking the L' means that you're accepting the Loss. This refers to the certain assignments/ aspects of academy life, that they are so difficult that most cadets just accept the loss and move on

Speaking as a current senior candidate in AP Stats - take calc. My biggest regret if highschool was taking stats. Get a good foundation

Looks to me like you're at a great place right now. Do everything you can to show well rounded leadership in all areas. Like kwade2018 said, volunteer and be active in community roles, and also be active in school clubs if you can. Showing diversity will help you application stand out among the...
