My DS received his appointment on Jan-29 and has accepted.

Yesterday he received an email invitation to the Appointee Open House on April 17th.
This email was addressed to 254 people. From the way it was written, I got the impression that it was only sent to those applicants who had received an appointment.

From the class profile, it looks like they offered 420 appointments last year. So I think that means they have offered 254 of 420 appointments for 2024 or roughly 60%.

Not sure how that applies to the timeline or if that tells how close they are to accepting those on the national wait list, but I thought I would share.

Congrats @Mooselover20# - you are the first to post with a notification of appointment from this week which has been a particularly good week in the last two admissions cycles. I may be reading into it, but I would like to think this is their final push on trying to achieve their target state allocations ahead of the April 1 milestone date for USMMA.
 
My daughter is at KP, class of 2022. My son didn't get an appointment last year so he decided to go to Marion Military Institue in Alabama and re-apply. My other son who's a senior in high school has applied to USMMA as well. My Son at MMI portal shows "App on file" while my other son was put on "hold" two weeks ago. They both just received appointments yesterday.
