My DD received a call from Warner’s office today with a USNA nom. Her friend was called about his USAFA nom from Warner today, also. Neither has the nom listed in the SA portal yet.

Congratulations! My DS didnt receive a nom from Warner but he did receive a nom from our congressman as an alternate for USMA and USAFA. Still on the game so still hopeful!! Glad Warner's team sent notification even to those who didnt receive noms. At least we are no longer wondering about it!

Kaine notifications are coming out. Informed Delivery failed us, and we were shocked to come home to a nom letter for both West Point and USAFA!

Every moc does things differently. Some definitely leave you hanging and some don't.

My DS got a phone call last night from Congresswoman Scanlon (PA) with a nomination to USNA. We could not be more thrilled. Best of luck to everyone!

Also got a PA nomination (PA-17, Deluzio) to USNA; looks like PA is finally rolling out their nominations

You would hope they would realize they are in the constituent services business and need to take every opportunity to communicate well, even if it is just to put a positive spin bad news.

Yes, thank you!! I got my nom 3 days after my interview (portal) but was formally notified by the MOC officer 5 days after.

I think it would probably depend on who it is, but I know both of my senators' staff sent a letter of non-selection.

Not sure, depends on the MOC. (I’m in CA)
Last year, when Feinstein was senator I was sent an email of not being selected in around June. Senator Padilla did not send anything regarding my status. My local congressman notified me within a couple days.

DS received nom to USNA from Rep. McCaul (TX-10) by email yesterday. Application complete. Plan B is all set. Now I am ready to take everyone’s advice and just put the whole appointment thing in the back of my mind and enjoy his last semester of high school, confident that God has a plan and purpose for his life.

DD's USAFA portal now reflecting nomination from FL District 13. This was a 3 day lag from her USNA portal reflecting that nomination from the same source. DD is very excited as she already has an LOA from USAFA. She is blessed to now have fantastic options A, B, C, & D. Christmas will be merry this year!

My DS's friend contacted the office after USNA noms came out & was told they just weren't done going through them yet, but would be done by the end of the week. USMA came out yesterday too.

DS received an email today from Sen Brown’s coordinator notifying him of his nomination to USMA. Email said he should have received a letter and certificate but he hasn’t received those and now we are out of town so hopefully it’s there when we get home.

Congratulations. Was the email from Senator Brown's coordinator unsolicited or did you DS send an email inquiring as to status? And, does anything show up in the USMA portal? Thank you.
