4 Days Past Admission Decisions — Still Haven’t Heard Back

Hi everyone!

I’m still waiting! I was wondering if anybody else is too? Should I email my admissions counselor or just continue waiting?

I’ve already accepted plan B, but if I were offered an appointment, either to USNA or NAPS, I’d take it. I have an LOA, no nomination, and considering I haven’t received a TWE within the four days past the admission decision deadline, I’m remaining hopeful.

Let me know what you all think!

I would call the admissions counselor if I were you. But I’m not saying that’s the right decision.
 
I really admire your patience. If I was in your position I think I would have already had a mental breakdown. I don’t know what the correct thing would be, but I would reach out to admissions. But the advice I would follow would be that of a BGO.
 
As you know OP you are in a very unique situation of an LOA with no MOC or presidential Nom. I imagine you are one of the apps that is sitting waiting for one of the final noms from the VP or Supt to shake loose or not. Can’t tell you whether you should call or not, but if I had to bet a penny on it, you would
probably get told something very similar. You have done the right thing with working and securing a Plan B. I keep checking daily to see if you get an answer! Good luck.
 
I am also waiting to hear from admissions and emailed my admissions counselor yesterday with no response. So my best guess is they really can't tell us anything. Hopefully, we get good news soon.
