We were told that the rated board still may not happen, depending on the numbers congress decides on, and how many rated officers they need vs. non-rated officers they'll need for FY16. So that could be seen as positive..
 
undflyboy, while I agree that this is certainly good news for Non Tech/Non Rated Cadets if true, it means that all the boards have not yet met so the delays continue.
 
Left LLAB today. The word around our DET, EAs "come out" Friday, but will be told on Monday or Tuesday by DET CC individually. Hoping to hear good results since we have about a little over twenty cadets going for EAs; six or seven going for Rated Slot.

Once EAs come out it is up to the discretion of the cadre at individual detachments of when and how they will release the results to cadets. A det could decide to call up all FTP personally or order them in for a short notice meeting the day of or after the cadre get the results. Or they could hold on to them for a few days if they would prefer to release the results on a LLAB day, if they want more time to coordinate individual meetings with cadets, or if they think that if would be better for cadets if they release EAs on the last LLAB day of the week so that the cadets that are not selected would have at least a weekend to recover before having to return for regular classes.
 
My DS doesn't tell me anything....but his roommate told me that he heard their APAS say that EA's wouldn't be out this week.....only maybe for next week.

I think everybody is still in a guessing mood...It probably depends on whether capital hill want to work or watch March Madness this weekend...There may be some Wildcat alumni up there....
 
Today must not be the day! Guess we will see what happens next week. ERAU, if Wildcat Alumni are on the board than we might be waiting until after the National Championship game is played, lol.

Was sent an email during the night stating all of FTP has to meet up at our DET late late Tuesday evening. Possibly the news of EAs???

Don't get too excited. I got a similar email from my Det last Wednesday and it turned out to be a drug test.

AspiringPilot's detachment it was just FTP class....so there may be hope!

Maybe the boards got some kind of bet going on...whoever does the best in the ESPN March Madness tournament gets to decide how many EA's there is going to be!!!
