No way to know unfortunately. Last year the DoDMERB website was under construction from like August to the end of December. I think the reason why they didn’t review my file properly was because of their website maintenance and the fact that all of their data wasn’t stored in one place. You can either take the chance and let it be, or reach out to your FFR/RC. I know one current cadet who has ADHD (I’m not sure if they took meds for it though) and they didn’t have any problems with DoDMERB to my knowledge.
Although, even though you might be qualified as a cadet candidate (meaning you don’t run into issues with DoDMERB now until R day), West Point might catch it if they look at your files later on in your cadet years.
On R day, we had to sit down with a doctor and go over our medical history. Something came up (this medical incident happened when I was 10 years old) but the doctor still brought it up and said that they would have to get a waiver for it. Luckily I explained more about it and he went to go ask his superior and they decided I didn’t need a waiver. But that shows you that even as cadets, our medical records are constantly being reviewed and brought up.
