There are multiple newer threads on here from people who "accidentally" or "unknowingly" ingested drugs and are looking for advice. You can search for them if you like using the search function on the upper right portion of the page. What i read from your post is that you are a completely innocent victim here. You had no idea the people you were hanging out watching TV and eating snacks with used any kind of drugs and just happened to eat a single gummy bear that was, unbeknownst to you, laced with THC. No one was more surprised than you when this happened.Hey Nelson,
Hoping this finds you in good health. Idk if you are still in the military or whatever. I actually don’t know if you can even still see this but I was actually going through a problem where I got fed an edible at a “party” on campus. I say party because I guess that is the correct term but we really were just watching tv and eating snacks. I got either a gummy bear type edible and that really messed me up. I popped hot on the test and almost lost everything. I scoured the internet to find any type of help on this thing.
Well I came across this thread and kinda got it. Aside from the initial responses that seemed to demote someone that has had a run in with drugs instead of be helpful and give advice. I realize your older but history has a tendency to repeat itself so thanks.
There is no magic advice that will solve your issue here in these forums. The best advice would probably be to seek legal counsel experienced in military/ROTC matters. There will almost certainly be a disciplinary hearing related to your positive test. That discipline could include up to disenrollment. If you are on scholarship, that could mean repayment of money paid out to you.
