Is anyone else having significant issues? "A General Error has occurred," preventing me from accessing my application. Every point of contact states that they have no idea why this is occurring. Am I the only one?

DS applied last year, so up on things currently, However, this is not unusual. Try clearing your cache and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, give it a day or two and if the site still isn't working for you, try resetting your password.

Logging in works fine. I cleared the cache and tried it from multiple devices with different browsers. It happens when I attempt to get past the "You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System" acknowledgment.

Try bypassing the OK button on the first pop-up after login "Army ROTC Scholarship Application". Select the Application tab above it and see if this lets you access the Application. This worked for DD late last night.

It takes me forever to log in every time. I usually can only use Chrome and try it multiple times. Yesterday, I had to reset the password three times.

PSA if you are using a VPN you might wanna log out for the time being. Depending on where I am coming from will affect my browsing experience to different sites.
