Candidate Questionnaire - When do I start?

I'm entering my junior year in high school, and I am wondering when can/should I fill out the candidate questionnaire? Now? Does it not physically open until a certain date?

It opens in December and it will allow you to also apply for SLE at the same time. They usually release the exact date in the fall.

Get a copy of the CFA (fitness test) and start preparing now. You will need to take sometime next summer. Fitness doesn't happen overnight.
