College Scholarships and USMA

If we are applying for various scholarships to potentially help pay for Plan B/C/D schools are we are awarded them, will they be able to be used to cover any costs at USMA?

My regional commander told me that he thinks they will be able to be transferred into my cadet account to be used as desired. Has anyone had any experiences with this?

Most scholarships that you get if you're at West Point will go into your cadet account which you dont have access to until you graduate

The treasurer requires a specific balance in the cadet account. Amounts in excess of that balance may be withdrawn from the cadet account. This is referred to as "topoff."
