"Complete & On Hold"

Hello! I've seen similar questions all over this forum, but I guess it's my turn to ask what I can do about my "Complete & on hold" status in DoDMETS.

My case has been Complete & on hold as of 11/14/2021. From what I can gather, it's fairly common for applicants to be in this status for a while, but I just want to know if there's anything I can do to speed things up or if I face any threats as far as timing out the process (not sure if that's a thing at this point?).

I left a voicemail for the good people at DoDMERB a few weeks ago (I've seen some threads that say that that's the best thing to do in my situation and that it's fairly easy to receive specifics as to what may be slowing things down) but afterwards I only received short - albeit friendly- email explaining that my case is "Complete & on hold". Wasn't very helpful.

I just want to know what to expect/if I should worry or not at this point. I appreciate the advice and guidance! Thank you :)
