My guy headed to Beast without court shoes and never mentioned it again. You decide.

As an avid tennis player, I do not advise running in tennis shoes. I ran a 5k in my tennis shoes and it was a nightmare. Running in tennis shoes may cause painful blisters. Tennis shoes are heavier and built more sturdily than regular sneakers, and they are built for lateral movement and short sprints. I would go for the Metcons if USMA is strict about wearing a court shoe.

These are for indoor gym activities. Some years they're issued, some not. Just google white court shoe and pick. They look like stuff grandpas wear...and you don't wear them often...but better prepared than not.

We downloaded the shoes order form from WP, court shoes brand is New Balance I forgot the model number. Plan is to order that pair and purchase another Nike Free run just in case. That means DS has to carry more stuff!

So we have to get mostly white court shoes for BEAST training with full-grain or synthetic leather. How strict are they on this? Would the Nike Metcons work or would the other pair be best.

Nike Metcon

Nike Court Lite

Thanks
they need to be non marking and in my experience Asics are the easiest to find. Just google basics volleyball and any of those work and they have a mostly white with some black.
