They are very helpful with answering questions. Was there a problem with CFA, or grades, or test scores maybe? Was the application complete with all letters of recommendation, transcripts etc?
Yes everything was complete, but my 7th semester has not finished yet so that piece of information cannot even be sent out. My CFA was a pass and I’m in the top quarter of my class. I have emailed my representatives and I thought everything was going smoothly.

Couple of questions, which need not be answered here, but which may help you determine what the next step is.
Have you received DODMERB approval--You should be able to determine this either on the DODMERB site or on the USMMA site. If you have not received DODMERB approval, and have been denied, you may want to explore a waiver. If you have received DODMERB approval, move on to the next question.
Have you submitted your CFA? Do you see a pass or fail on the USMMA site? If pass, move on to next question. If Fail, talk to your admissions officer about resubmitting a supplemental CFA, and start working out, working out, working out.
Have you complied with all of the application requirements, submitted all transcripts, all letters of recommendation, all ACT and SAT scores. Does the USMMA site indicate that all of these items have been submitted. If not, call the admissions officer and determine what you need to do to rectify the situation.
Finally, and the most difficult one, look seriously at your Act and SAT scores, look at your grades, weighted and unweighted, look at the competitiveness of your school, look at your class rank, look at your athletic accomplishments and leadership positions, and then search this forum for threads where people indicate what they had when they were accepted, or what they had when not accepted. Check your personal standings against the general medians posted by USMMA, as well as the percentage of plebes with varying types of activities (i.e. eagle scout, letterman, team captain, bots state, etc.). Then, armed with knowledge of where you MAY rank in the scheme of things, call your admissions officer and discuss the situation, ask why, ask what areas were deficient, ask if there is any recourse or ability to resubmit something, and finally, if there are no indications of a recourse for a reversal of the decision, ask about prep school and the possibility of being sponsored or of self prep.
Finally, if all of the above offer no avenue to an appointment this year, focus on Plan B, and, most importantly, take some time and seriously think about what you want to do. Do you want to try again next year, etc. If, after some serious personal reflection, you decide you want to give it a shot next year, set your goals, address your deficiencies, and work towards making them happen.
