Like the title says, is it possible to drop the Navy scholarship and switch to advanced standing?
Are college programmers who apply for advanced standing exempt from the physics and calculus requirement? My guess is that OP does not want to take the Calculus and Physics. If they deem those classes too hard and feel they can not pass the class or get a bad grade and effect the GPA.
Yes. AS do not have to take Physics or Calculus. Are college programmers who apply for advanced standing exempt from the physics and calculus requirement?
I know this is all speculation as we wait for the poster to respond, but I hope this is not all to avoid taking those two classes.Yes. AS do not have to take Physics or Calculus.
I posted this in another thread:On a quasi-related note did y'all see the scandal with more than 50 West Pointers that were just caught or caught up in a Calc cheating scandal? Look these are top talent young women and men who are "phoning a friend" when that's not allowed.
AS is a shorter path to the GI Bill. On scholarship (whether 2, 3, or 4 year), the commitment to have 100% of the GI Bill is 8 years. For AS, it is only 3 years.Does AS get a shorter access or path to the GI Bill?
I emailed my LT today and gonna go in tomorrow to discuss it.What did your PNS say?
