DS Received a Congressional ARMy ROTC invite, link they sent does not work, need help?

DS Received a Congressional AROTC but the invite link they sent him does not work so he cannot complete his application. He has tried the link to tech help and it goes nowhere. Whats the best way to contact someone for help, or should he call someone?

Please help!
 
In all the years I have visited this forum, this is the first time I have seen a mention of a program with a link for “MOC noms/invite to ROTC,” though I think there has been another thread where someone mentions “My Congressman said he would nominate me to AROTC.”

I hope someone has the answer, because I want to learn about this. I’ve tried googling every search string I could think of, and I only get to descriptions of ROTC unit noms to SAs.

The only action step I could think of would be to forward a copy or screenshot of what the MOC provided and email with your query to the all-purpose Army link here, the only Contact Us info page I saw for AROTC Scholarships:

Or, call the MOCs office. I'm sure if they provide a link they want to make sure it's correct. No doubt the MOC will be able to get some action out of whoever needs to take action.
 
This is new this year...still trying to gauge how it will work. Supposedly it’s for applicants who don’t get a nomination. I would recommend calling the ROO at your school of choice or if you applied for the Army ROTC scholarship try the contact info there. Probably going to be the same processors

You must stay real busy just keeping up with all the changes AROTC has gone through over just the last 10 years.

Ditto for DD. I dont know if this congressional scholarship is single or multiple year. The only stipulated requirement is that DD is accepted to a college where AROTC is offered.

MOC office is reaching out to Army to see what’s going on with website logon issues. I would recommend to ask your MOC do the same.
 
Has anybody been able to figure this out? At this point I'm tracking this thread only out of curiosity.....and possibly for DD#2......in 4 years. DD#1 has been offered/accepted USNA Foundation.
 
My DS has reached out 2 times in the past week the AROTC Scholarship processing division and have not received any response as of yet. The email for this group was provided at the bottom of his email. We are hoping that they are working on the problem.
 
@waiting4ever Have yo called the MOC's office? Is there some other phone number to call? I certainly wouldn't be sitting there hoping. Try calling cadet command if nothing else helps.

You might try accessing the link from another browser if that makes sense. Sometimes something works in one browser but not another.
 
We have tried calling and emailing the Scholarship board who sent him the link, to begin with, and, sent an email to the MOC last weekend. Very frustrated
 
I agree try a different browser. I use MS Edge ( ROTC) portal does not work , Went to IE 11 works fine, The tried on Chrome and works when it feels like it.
