Hello, I am a high school junior looking to get an idea on where I need to improve as well as some advice

GPA: 3.4 weighted (started poor in freshman and sophomore years before discovering west point, plan to include this in my essay and passion to get in)
SAT: taking again in march, expecting to get around 1350-400
AP Courses: AP Seminar, AP Research, AP US History, AP Lang my junior year and taking AP Calc AB, AP Gov/AP Macro, AP Physics 1, and AP Lit my senior year
EC: Boys State, most likely going to be president/leader of veterans focused club, Youth flag football coach, planning to join two more clubs my senior year, most likely going to participate in leadership seminar over summer.
My athletics are very weak, mainly due to an injury I suffered in my back after JV football season, I played one full year of JV football at top program in state/nationally, particpated in Varsity lifts and winter OTAs however does not have a letter, I can also easily pass the CFA so my “fitness” isn’t the concern

I know my main weakness is going to be my low unweighted GPA and my lack of extra curricular leadership but I have so much limited time because I am retaking an extra 2-3 classes that I did poor in my fresh/soph year upon my 6 classes, I am trying to find more leadership opportunities that would be necessary for West Point,

Thank you!

Actually, your greatest weaknesses are going to be that back injury and the lack of a varsity letter.
The GPA can be explained in your essays just as you did above--you decided you had a goal and needed to step up to meet it. Do well this year and in your AP classes.
Best wishes.
