I don't think aviation goes that low, sorry...have always heard it went out much, much higher...but at any rate, shhhhh....son has been working his arse off for a good rank as he thought he needed to be highly ranked to get it...would hate for him to start slacking now!

It's official - Infantry for my son!!!!
At what number did cadets still get aviation without ADSO?
Not to convolute things too much but what is the standard aviation commitment? Assuming that it is greater than the normal five years, can ADSO and the aviation commitment be served concurrently? That is a fantastic question. I always forget they can do that now. That totally changes the numbers.

Apparently when my first son posted "FOLLOW ME" three years ago, his brother took him literally! Another infantryman in the family...
Congratulations to your Firstie!!!
I bet it seems like just a blink ago that he was a Plebe complaining about Military Movement and calling minutes!

I think my DD was the last one to get Medical Service without ADSO--only 20 slots this year. She was so happy! Her friend who is in the comma group got Finance--it was bizarre that it went out so far down, but it worked out great for her!
526.
Blood pinning - really?!
