After searching previous threads this topic seemed to provoke lots of personal opinion, but I need the facts. If I am a vegetarian, will I still be able to stay healthy at USMA? Will their mess hall food keep me covered?

Yes. You just need to start eating meat.

    Lol. Sorry, couldn't resist.

Breakfast usually had a bunch of options like yogurt, orange juice, pancakes, and more. lunch has a salad bar and usually some non meat sides. Dinner is Buffett style and will have a bigger salad bar and a lot more options. The meals are primarily meat, as it's pretty much necessary for most people, but it's do-able and there are vegetarians here. Personally I'd just start eating meat, but it's up to you.

You'll be fine. You have many options and will need to have supplemental food in your barracks.

Just for clarity's sake, the cadets in general have food in the barracks. The veggie folks wouldn't need to worried about sticking out that way.
