Go up the chain of your command. I would be careful about posting anything on an open forum like this where anyone at KP, like an upperclassman, could see it. You may be inviting more trouble. I also don't think any parent should be contacting a plebe by PM. If that plebe has an issue they can communicate with their parent who can raise the issue on the parents page.
