How long should a CFA approval take?

I originally submitted all of it in December, and got my waiver approved in late January, but it still says, "SCORE IS ON FILE AND PENDING REVIEW"

How long should this realistically take? At first I understood the small team had to go through a lot of reviews, but I'm starting to get concerned that I'm missing out on a potential waitlisting due to this holding my file back. Is anyone else still in the same boat?

I just got mine approved on Friday! I’ve been waiting since January 30th… I’m guessing it just takes as long as it takes them to finish all their approvals and stuff.

Yeah I submitted mine in December too. It just turned Green a few days ago. All the yellow means is that they haven't gotten to it yet. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but if you want to you can ask your FFR or call the candidate support number. When I called admissions before my file turned green they told me that the fact that it had been yellow for so long and wouldn't hurt my chances.

Based on previously posted passing scores on SAF, and the averages posted by USMA, you should have a pretty good idea if your scores are passing. If you feel any of your scores are borderline then your stress level may be higher. If they determine your CFA is a fail, it’s “possible “ you may be offered a retake, but that is totally up to admissions.

As for the portal updates, it’s just another part of the waiting game and will eventually happen.
Enjoy
