Thank you
Can you send me a pm explaining the process for transfer? I'm in the same boat as you.
If our son was told by his first choice school to expect a letter, am I correct in assuming that letter are only sent to scholarship recipients this round, since there is one more round to go?
Thank you Ohio. This thread has made this whole process much easier and understandable to many of us.Scientific Wild Ass Guess...SWAG.
The fat lady has sung. Congradulations to all the January board winners, hope all of you will hang out to see how 2011 finishes out with the March board.
The support, information and advice shared here has been amazing. Thank you to all of you, see you on the March board thread.
Take care.
Your assumption would be correct. Did the first choice school that called say that the letter was an offer from their school. You can call the ROO and they should tell you if the offer was from their school.
Congratulations to your son.
I was informed by a ROO I contacted that I was offered a 4-yr scholarship, but to two schools I did NOT apply to (one of which I had never and would never consider). Are my only options to either attempt to gain admission to one of these schools or turn down the scholarship?
The ROO said I wasn't assigned to Auburn because they didn't have a demand for nurses this year. Is it possible to change my major so I can attend the school of my choice? Is it possible to try to have CC change the schools I've been assigned?
Any information would be greatly appreciated
Are you talking about an Army ROTC scholarship?

Anyone have information on SMP. We are looking for information for plan B if the march board does not offer scholarship for our DS. Pros and Cons would be greatly appreciated. Also, if the SMP was for Guard or reserves?
SMP can be used for Guard or Reserves. I would re-post this as a new thread, your question may get lost in the shuffle of this thread. I would imagine this thread will soon become less active as applicants start to focus on the next board.
Thank you. I have done that. Hope to receive some valuable information.
