How should I ask people to address the letters if I plan on using them for multiple MOC nomination applications? Thanks

I suggest they create multiple copies of the same rec and address each to the individual MOC or MOC's committee. It's really not that time consuming and definitely creates more of a personal touch than "To Whom It May Concern" or "Member of Congress."
