I am a USMA class of 2026 hopeful, who received an LOA in July. I have completed everything in my application, CFA, Medical, and have received a Congressional nomination, while still waiting to hear from Senators. I was notified of my nomination, which was the final piece of my LOA, a few days ago, and I am wondering how long until I will be notified about an admissions decision.

I don't think anyone here can tell you that. It's broad speculation. I know the holidays may delay things, and the good news is you've done all you can at this point. Are you DODMERB qualified? Do you know if you passed the CFA?
I will put on my mom hat and say my advice to you, would be to settle in and enjoy time with friends and family. Make some Christmas cookies, take a good nap. Those are all things that will be few and far between if your dream to attend USMA comes true. Congrats on your successes so far!

Soon enough - no need to worry. Enjoy the holidays, spend time with family, continue doing well in school. Stay in shape.

Congrats.

I am DODMERB qualified and passed CFA. I wasn't sure on how the holidays would affect any admissions decisions, so thank you and have a Merry Christmas!

Well, then you've cleared the hurdles. Congrats to you!

Mine came in 5 days. Yours might take longer with the holiday season.
Be careful about this well-intended but potentially misplaced encouragement. It could take five days. It could take five months. In the end, if the offer is forthcoming, it really doesn’t matter when you received it. On R-Day, everyone is the same lowly plebe.

Admissions is currently on winter leave until the start of the new year, so likely nothing will happen until then. Enjoy the holiday season!

This point is very important. An LOA is not an absolute guarantee of appointment. Of course it doesn't hurt your chances of admission. Admissions decisions will come in from now through spring. You are in a good place - now just turn to something else instead of worrying about this. As mentioned by @USMA2026Cadet, admissions is on break through January 2, so don't count on any announcements between now and then.

An LOA, nomination, academically qualified, medically qualified, and passing CFA is about as much of a guarantee of an OFFER of appointment that I can think of. Sure - future events like injury, or sickness, arrest, or a declining offer by applicant can happen.

When the offer is sent depends on other factors - like their workload, the holidays, etc.

My son is academically & physically qualified with a nomination. He was scheduled for a medical examination today but tested positive for Covid a few days ago and had to cancel. They have not provided a reschedule date, but probably mid to late January. We are aware of January 31 deadline. How does this affect the review of his application and the appointment process? We don't want him to fall behind others for consideration.

That deadline is primarily for things he can control. DoDMERB actions can continue to resolve into the spring.

Of course, he can always check with primary sources for the official answer.
