It appears that the Army ROTC scholarship letters are posted on the ROTC portal under "File Upload."
About halfway down the first page, the following text reads as follows:
"Action is still required on your part. You are not medically qualified. You must be medically qualified to begin receiving benefits. The enclosed instructions provides additional information on the process of becoming medically qualified. All issues must be resolved for scholarship benefits to be paid."
I'm not sure if it's just me, but I cannot see the "enclosed instructions" on either of the two pages regarding the medical qualifications or any reference to the DODMERB.
I also looked under the "Additional Information" tab, I clicked on both the "Accepting Scholarship and Transfer Requests" and "Scholarship Winner Instructions."
Do I just sign the second page and upload it to the scholarship portal "File Upload" area and wait for additional instruction?
