Hi,
It is my dream to join Air Force. I contacted a recruiter and was about to join; however, I read that past medical history. I was prescribed ADHD medication by a doctor who eventually lost her license to practice (never had IEP) but recently got off the medication this past year. I took ACT without medication and got a 30 if that can prove anything. My dream is to join the AF, but what are my odds of being DQ as a non-scholarship cadet. Because if it is likely, I will be DQ, I will wait until a few more years off the medication and try to do OTS because I do not want this medical past to ruin my chances. Any help is appreciated as I need to decide very soon.
