I'm thinking "guilty as charged, reduction to the lowest enlisted grade, and a Bad Conduct Discharge."

I doubt the navy wants to salvage him.

Unless it goes the "personality disorder, unspecified, admin sep, general discharge" route if he is determined to be more in that quadrant and the Navy deems it best all around.
