NETFOCUS and NROTC Scholarship

Is anyone else having issues logging into netfocus? It won’t let me even onto the netfocus homepage. It keeps saying “this site can’t be reached”.

Does this maybe mean they are posting NROTC scholarship results?

It probably means they are currently down, or some critical node between you and them is down. Who knows if it's some error, or maintenance, or posting results? Patience.

Get used to it. You will find that DoD websites are frequently down-- but only when you need them to be up.
