I received an email at 6:25 AM (PT) today notifying me that I had been selected for the National NROTC scholarship! I immediately knew I had to make an account just so I could say thank you. Thank you to everyone on here who asked and answered questions, gave advice, and overall put their time into helping others. I've been reading posts since freshmen year and I've truly gained so much knowledge from this forum. It took a village for me to accomplish this and you all are part of my journey. I'm excited to see where this road will go and I look forward to actually posting on this forum!😂

We can be a squabbly bunch of villagers sometimes but are generally united in supporting young adults choosing a path toward service.
 
CONGRATS!! Always helpful to pay it forward as you continue onto your next 4 years... there can be great insight as a 4/C that you can give to prospective applicants, great insight as a 1/C that you can give to 4/C-2/C MIDN also... the mentorship continues on the forum!
