I have classmates that did and I'm familiar with the general process. What specific questions do you have and I can see if I can find the answers.

Just so you know you can NOT have this done beforehand, it's a DQ. Military will provide if needed - do NOT have lasik or PRK done by any private provider.

Incorrect...if you have it done, as long as it heals correctly you can eventually be qualified or receive a waiver.

This is true for entrance to the Academies, but not for aviation in general anymore.

DS #1 the aviator had PRK outside of USMA because he didn't meet their standards for it. He used his cow loan to pay for it. DS #2 will have PRK at USMA in February. He hopes to branch aviation, but is just a cow.
