All excellent responses.
As CC said; ALO's almost always have another job they're doing for their primary source of income. FYI...ALO's are unpaid. It's a unique category of the AF Reserve. But that's another story. Some ALO's are retired but doing it to help the candidates and some ALO's are still serving in the AF Reserve or National Guard; very few ALO's are on active duty.
So as CC and others said: give them some slack. However...if it's taking a VERY long time (2 weeks to me is too long) then either call the guidance counselor you're assigned or drop me a PM and I'll check your ALO on the system and perhaps recommend another person to contact, just in case.
BUT...it's early in the process...right now I wouldn't worry at all about ALO contacts. As for athletic recruiting...again, that's being done by USAFA...they'll make sure things keep rolling.
(ALO's are NOT NCAA recruiters, we can't talk recruiting, etc...etc...)
