I interviewed November 14th and received the call, I believe around November 28th/December 1st. I am not doing an interview with Schumer because I was not selected, however, I still applied.

I interviewed on November 15th and was notified of the nomination on November 30th. I was not selected for an interview with Senator Schumer but I did apply for a nomination through him.
 
DS never heard anything from the NY senators which is a bit disappointing. I'd be curious how many of their noms come from the city vs upstate. He did however have a good interview with the MOC so hopeful about that. We do not live in NY, but it is DH's home of record and he's actually stationed there now. Despite NY being a super competitive state, it's not as bad as where we are near DC so we went with that option vs my legal residence. Maybe a bad gamble, we'll see.

I did mine at SLE in June. It turned green about two months later, then back to yellow for a couple of weeks, then back to green. I was very confused.

My DS did his CFA over a month ago and the portal had green checks for his videos being accepted but the CFA stayed yellow for weeks. I kept asking him about it, and he said he would reach out after a month because he was told updates to the portal could take up to 4 weeks. Sure enough, he got his 3Q letter in his portal yesterday and the CFA is now green.

Unfortunately he is still waiting on a nomination but it is otherwise complete. He received a nomination from our Congressman for USNA, so that file is complete. But he is waiting for our state's senator nominations to come out, hopefully coming through for USMA.

Have they put in the nomination yet? I also received one from Kirsten Gillibrand but it's not on the portal yet either.

Nope not yet. I’m a little frustrated because I was trying to have everything in early. I’ve been checking the portal everyday this past month. My congressman put my others on the day of my notification. Guess we will just wait.
 
So there is nothing you can do but wait. You put your best packet forward & you will know by 1 May. It is a long game not a sprint. Keep faith.

I am having the same frustrations with the WP nomination too. I had my nomination from my representative entered the same day I received an email for my Naval Academy nomination. I had reached out to Senator Gillibrand's office multiple times to determine when it would be entered but had not received any confirmation from them. I only received written confirmation of receiving the nomination through an email.

I assume it is released this late as Sen. Gillibrand's policy is to notify the office in the case of receiving a nomination from another source so that they can give your slot to another candidate. My guess is that Senator Gillibrand will probably enter the nomination alongside the press release on her website. Historically, this release has gone out between the 2nd and 4th weeks of January. Only time will tell though. The best thing that we can do from here is to finish this school year strong and keep our fingers crossed.
