Remedial Codes

Hey, my current status right now is "Remedial Requested." I have a general idea of what to do, but I don't know where to find the remedial codes. Can I find it somewhere on the website, or am I going to be sent something in the mail with detailed instructions? And if it's going to be sent to me, do I need to do anything to initiate them sending it to me, or is it totally automatic? Thanks.

you will get instructions.
if you need a waiver for an SA it is up to them to request,
if it is for an ROTC the process will begin automatically.

I've seen this page before, but my problem is that I don't know which codes pertain to me specifically. On my homepage, it says remedial requested, but it doesn't say why. I just want to know where the codes that I need will be, whether it'll be sent in the mail or on the website.

It took my DS codes about 5 days to show up after the remedial was requested. Be patient, the codes will show up on your portal.

I needed a remedial for a concussion I had when I was younger, and I faxed the form in about a week ago today. There is still no sign of it being recieved or input. Should I be worried, or is that a normal amount of time for it to take for the form to be uploaded? What should I look for to know it's been entered?

Email the remedial to usaf.usafa.dodmerb.mbx.helpdesk@mail.mil. I tend to get an acknowledgment of receipt within 24hr of submitting a cadet remedial.
