ROTC then Academy?

Hey all,

I'm a class of 2020 applicant who received a TWE from the USAFA a few weeks ago. My backup plan is to attend Washington State University while participating in AFROTC. My question is am I still able to reapply to the USAFA and USNA if I am on scholarship for ROTC? Also, are you able to apply for an academy nomination through your ROTC detachment?

Can an ECP scholarship recipient apply to an SA as well? If yes, what happens to the contracted commitments(service, financial, etc.)?
