I wonder if we started a petition on currey's DS's behalf they'll take a little pity and give us all something to cheer about.

That was awesome! Wrapping up my evening forum read here in So Cal. my wife was looking over my shoulder watching the video and said who in the hell would do that job. When the reveal came she started chuckling, looked at me and said SEE! and went back to folding laundry at 11:30 at night. 4 kids and our oldest is severly autistic, youngest is DS currently on the waitlist. I think my wife could do anything and thanks so much for posting that video. I know this forum is MOM strong and hope everyone of your DS and DD's get into USNA whether this year, next year or some year.

I was lovely to meet you in DC! Sorry to hear about your TWE but you DS sounds like he has many wonderful options. We are still on the fence here…but hopefully will have a decision soon. Maybe we will see you at GW! And, dinner with Prepswimmom was such fun. I am thrilled to have a new friend. Private message me and let me know where you DS winds up and i will do the same!

Still nothing to report. Hoping they need something from the west coast and are waiting for the start of business. Here's to a new day! Like I said, if waiting brings good news than I am all about the wait.

On another note, DS has a physics project done and is spending time decorating it this am for extra credit points

Definitely waves across America! East to west. Have you heard anything? Have you called today? They can't give the "everyone will be notified by the 15th" anymore. So they have to give you a different answer.

Interesting you mention this.

Yesterday morning I went on admissions fb page, and one poster inquired about being notified of their status. Admissions response was (paraphrasing,) everyone will be notified by the end of the day on April 15th. I went back in the afternoon to copy and paste the Q & A, but it had magically disappeared.

In all reality, if they are waiting on May 1st deadlines Curry and others may have another few weeks to wait for a decision.
 
For those that have not heard, I think you will hear back between now and May 1st. Since all appointments have been given out to USNA and Prep. CURREY- have you looked in Spam? DS's email went to SPAM on 4/14.

At this point, if it is not an Appointment they ought to be ashamed of themselves!!! Sending prayers your way - after all, it is Holy Week so they just have to work:angel: and if they don't, well then you can always do this -:hammer:
