I am fairly certain I have vacation time scheduled for then. Perhaps a local whiskey exchange would be in order. Got some good Illinois corn bourbon in mind for my offering.@Twins4us, will be glad to deliver, will have to pick up 3, one for you, one for me and one to share... Hoping we can arrange that say end of June 2021, maybe somewhere near Colorado Springs?
...need to send DW that pic to add to my "no coal for me" list.Just ordered this as a stocking stuffer for our son. Now, DH wants a set:
Thanks for the Christmas shopping assist! At the risk of sending this thread spiraling out of control...
Saw "Bottle Breachers" on Shark Tank a few years ago (the show was dedicated to Veteran owned businesses) and ended up purchasing customized .50 cal bottle openers for DS and buddies. For anyone interested: https://bottlebreacher.com/our-story/

Very nice! You have great potential.me being underage... so here's an alcohol free drink that i love
i'm used to doing everything by eye, so i don't know exact measurements
-fresh peppermint leaves (you can buy a plant at walmart and if you water it will grow more)
-ginger beer
-club soda
-limes
-blackberries, raspberries, or sliced cucumbers
fill a glass (i don't know names of them so just pick one) about halfway with ice, then toss in 6-8 thick peppermint leaves, a few of the fruit of your choice, then top with ice 2/3 of the way full. squeeze 1 lime, fill about 2/3 of the way with ginger beer, and add club sode (it's to add carbonation not taste), stir, then top with said fruit and a couple peppermint leaves.
again i know this by heart, so it's all my best guess
as a bartender, yes that's what i've been told! also i found the name for it, a "moscow mule". Alcoholic version involves tequila. my uncle who originally showed me how to make it sent me a mocktail book for Christmas.Very nice! You have great potential.
