Need to chill out?

I’m handling my World Series stress (come on, Phillies) by listening to 8D and 16d versions of favorite songs on my “serious” headphones, though it sounds good on garden variety earbuds too, while watching the game.

Hearing aids with a Bluetooth connection do the trick as well. Very different sound with back and forth this way. They sure can sing. Thanks for sharing.

For a little pick me up, try “Bohemian Rhapsody” in 12D.

I’m jamming all kinds of stuff in the ET drawer recently.

Much as I enjoy sunlit brilliant fall leaf colors against a clear blue sky, I also appreciate a mist-blurred autumn palette.

I took these just after sunrise from the back deck, morning mist drifting in an Annapolis forest. So quiet. Just dripping leaves and the stream chuckling away behind the house, a few sleepy birds. No deer crashing through or fox hustling by headed to the stream after a night hunt, no squirrels doing squirrel tasks.

So for Thanksgiving this year my wife and I decided to double up on celebrations and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary a couple of weeks early.
We went to see the Eagles in concert........ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!
It takes quite a bit to get me awestruck but this did it.

I always wondered why musicians would tour so late in life. If I was that talented I would be out there putting on shows also. 75 years old and sound incredible. Put on a 3 hr show (minus a 15 minute intermission).

We've been to 22 concerts since we met and this by far was the most incredible not just in sound and music but the entire production.

Livestream U.S.Navy Band Holiday Concerts 17 & 18 Dec 2022

I subscribe to many of the Navy (including USNA Music Dept) and other military band channels on YouTube. Some great instrumental and vocal talent.

This is a screenshot of upcoming Eastern Time livestream concerts for the U.S. Navy Band.

Miserable cold rain day today in Annapolis.

Decided to make a favorite from my time as an Ensign at Naval Station Rota, Spain.
Missing the authentic unsugared churros. Subbing in a croissant.

You have the miserable cold and wet day that we had yesterday on Amelia Island. Still a little cold and cloudy but we just finished a nice almost 11 mile bike ride and it was nice enough out for us to have a good time.

I can’t complain. My best friend is dealing with -7 in Denver and the incoming bomb cyclone.
