Drove North from extreme southern VA (Emporia VA) up 95 to NJ today and passed right through the huge mess.
Quite a ride!
 
A bit more snow overnight and a lovely dose of sunshine and blue sky, in the many wooded areas near the Severn River near Annapolis. You can see the stream is visible again in one of the lower right corners of one photo.

My deck is under 10 inches of snow so can't take a pic but we have a creek that feeds Quantico creek down the ravine behind the house.

I might toughen up and go out for a pic later.
 
My weather station is clear of snow and showing wind gusts of 30 plus. The drone would end up at your place.

They were probably working from home using your computer without you knowing it. And they now know you called them sissies. Rut row.

We live not too far from Fort Meade, their home. The ice situation today is nasty in our corner of Anne Arundel County. It was a perilous journey to the mailbox even in my best snow boots and a reasonably well-cleared driveway. Enough sun yesterday to melt a top layer and then refreeze into the dreaded black ice.

I did some Olympic-standard arm windmilling on my little round trip. If I had had the boxers on the leash they could have towed me on my butt, and I would have gone a lot faster.
 
dang, that Coolio photo is huge. My bad. Schools around here haven't made the call to close yet. Taxpayers and a bunch of parents are headed to School HQ with pitchforks to oust the superintendent. They'd be better off picking up shovels instead and clearing sidewalks and bus stops. The supe just got her contract extended worth about a half mil a year. She ain't going anywhere.
