That's a question best asked and answered by your squadron. You're there. They're there. Ask them. But to answer you anyway, I believe the answer is no. The last 2 years I've gone down there, I don't remember the cadets being able the leave the cadet area. (At least not the C4C's). And guests aren't allowed into the cadet area. But on Friday, besides visiting you and your classes, there will be plenty of time for you to give all the tours of the place you want. You can take them to your room, squadrons usually all have get togethers, etc... You'll have plenty of opportunities to show friends and family around. But rules tend to change year after year. You need to ask your squadron. Mike...
You can also go meet them at the chapel, like so many other cadets will be doing with their parents.
Things do change from year to year, but last year we met our then 4* at the Field House after classes were over, and he then escorted us through the T-zo to Arnold Hall for a parent get together. He then walked us back to our car by the field house afterwards.
i like receiving actual details of what has happened in the past rather than other unsure or "you'll find out later/when you need to know" answers
Exactly the answer my son has been given when he's asked any similar questions. Not as easy to get the answer sometimes as you might think!
THANK YOU! i don't mean to be disrespectful to any members of this forum, but non-answers are not helpful. also, as a 4-dig it's preferable to stay in the safety of the internet rather than to venture out in the hall
