I think they look pretty excited. I also think that no matter what uniform they wore they would be excited

The uniform is hardly a thought at graduation, something about getting that diploma and pinning on the butter bars tends to overshadow the uniform....

I could never figure out why AFA didn't change the cadet uniform so it could be worn in the service...just couldn't figure it out.

Certainly would said cadets some money.

I guess they can wear the PJ's on AD! LOL

West Point's uniforms don't carry over to the service either. Heck, they get issued a $300 coat that is worn FOUR times in four years!

BTW - all uniforms are *issued*. Issued doesn't mean free. Cadets pay for their uniforms and the cost is deducted out of their pay.

just got my parade uniform.. it's nice haha.. yep, we pay for them. not fun when you see that mess dress runnin you up close to 500 bucks...
