They can do whatever they choose. Typically there seems to be a little spurt before the elected officials’ nom one’s start, then a mixed flow.

I'm 99.9% sure USNA is for me. I went to CVW and was just blown away. Just still keeping my options open, ya know?

Absolutely understood. My DS was there too…Oct 28-30. His top choice is USNA as well.
