Was preparing DD for shopping trip to supply her for Kings Point Summer, where she had previously accepted. Got the call from MOC yesterday and appointment offer. Headed to USNA to join 2026. Prayers and determination are indeed powerful!

I just got accepted off of the waitlist. I have been religiously checking my portal and this forum for months and am relieved that the waiting is over. Don't give up hope!

They did not ask my son for a transcript. As soon as his medical cleared, he was offered the appointment.

There was a very recent update to BGIS (the BGO system) that might have affected CIS as well, so I wouldn't read anything into items missing from the portal.

DS portal changed from "Wait List" to "Conditional Offer-LOA" on Friday. The offer was conditional upon submitting a body composition form since he is outside the normal weight limits. He submitted that form yesterday, his portal was already updated by this morning, and he accepted his appointment! Go Navy! Beat Army and Air Force!
