The latest time that you want to take the CFA is this month don't risk it any later. Give yourself time in case you need a retake or need to re-record any of the videos. Good luck!

Safest bet would to have your DS or DD email their liaison officer and ask directly. They are your best point of communication. Usually, the DoDMERB file is supposed to open after a good chunk of the application has been filled out. Best of Luck to both of yall!
