Hi all,

How long does it usually take for a contracted cadet to be in the system? I just tried to log-in to AROWS-R, but it does not recognize my SSN and/or my birthdate. I was contracted in the beginning of this month and have received the reserve order.

Thanks!

Took about a month for my information to be uploaded and processed through DEERS. If you're not in by the second week of April talk to your NCOIC.

I'm an AS400, I've never heard of AROWS-R, and I've also never heard that cadets have access to any government portals minus the Holm Center website. Possibly go talk to your NCOs about it, but I don't even know why you would need access to it.

Yeah I've never had to use AROWS-R either. I just called up DEERS and asked if I was in the system, then scheduled an appointment to get my CAC at the nearest base

Your Det NCO should have the contact information, but you make a CAC appointment by googling RAPIDS appointment scheduler or something like that and it'll take you to a .mil site where you can make an appointment. There's a number there you can probably call too

My NCOIC just sent me a PDF today, which is a memorandum for an ID card request for me. I don't know if that will suffice?
