Humor for my Navy and Marine friends

I vow to stop speaking of things I do not/no longer know about. But this, I know:

One of the funniest days of my life...… I had so much fun ! My backside hurt for a few days but a day I will never forget. I even have a a old grainy VHS tape of some of the shenanigans that a shellback took of us lowly wogs.

I crossed in 1984 and was third one through after a night of shenanigans which included rotten food, sour milk, and shillelaghs.

The CO, CDR Dennis C. Blair, my HMC, and I were the first three through when the festivities started. It was the real deal and I was never so happy to eat an olive out of the belly button of a fat, hairy man. I showered and chilled in sick bay the rest of the day.

Denis Blair did pretty well for himself in his career.
My cruiser had over 400 wogs with lots of stops on the wog trail so most did not have to do them all.
The wog Officers and Chiefs though were high profile and got to experience it ALL.
I might STILL have some "molykote" in my ears and I can definitely still feel the shillelagh that my CO was wielding.

He did, indeed.

This is actually very cute...
You are going to have to work a little for the first chuckle, but it's worth it...
Go to Google and bring up the O'Reilly Auto Parts web site...
Once at the web site, enter "121G" in the site search bar at the top of page...
you will thank me
