How are the West Point interviews?
Should I prepare a resume or some other type of information?
What kind of questions should I prepare for?

If you’re talking about the Field Force Representative interviews, then this will apply. If you’re talking about nomination interviews then I can’t help you too much.

Bring a resume. I brought my candidate resume, copy of LOA, and my own formatted resume. Definitely do that.

Questions are standardized, I had the same ones for my SLE interview and my FFR interview.

- why do you want to go to USMA?
- what are your backup plans?
- ideas of major, branch?
- if you could pick three people to work on a project with, who would they be?
- what are qualities of leaders you find important?
- are you applying to ROTC?

There may be some I missed. But those are what I remember. Hope it’s helpful.

I never had to do an FFR interview last year, but some do. As for nominations interviews, it varies with every MOC. I think one of the first things I did after my interviews was write down all the questions I could remember so that I could be prepared the next year in case I had to reapply. Turns out, that was a pretty good idea. Anyway, I can dig those up and PM them to you if you’d like.
