I joined the Service Academy Forum in 2011 to assist my son's information gathering efforts regarding the United States Military Academy admissions, nominations, appointments, alternate choices, etc. The forums are amazing and the administrators do an amazing job to keep it real, objective and worthy. My son graduated from USMA in 2016. In 2015 I started to work for Marion Military Institute as a Grants and Development Officer - and in my spare time, I try to assist parents/students who are in the same boat I was in 2011. I am an administrator on one of the West Point Moms Facebook pages and along with working for MMI, I am inevitably contacted by service academy hopefuls. I try to always be mindful and recommend this Forum.

I take my hat off to you for your great insights!
